Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of appliance repair and maintenance services provided by High-end Refrigeratirs Repair (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these terms.
Services

• We provide repair, maintenance, and cleaning services for luxury appliances, including but not limited to Sub-Zero, Thermador, Viking, and other premium brands.

• All services are performed by licensed and certified technicians.

• Service availability may vary based on location and scheduling.

Booking & Payment

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email.

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept major payment methods (credit/debit cards, checks, electronic transfers).

• A service call fee may apply and will be communicated prior to booking.

Warranty & Liability

• We use genuine, manufacturer-approved parts whenever available.

• We provide a limited warranty on labor and installed parts (the duration will be communicated at the time of service).

• The Company is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing conditions or damages unrelated to the performed service.

  • Failures caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs performed by third parties.

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from appliance failure.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

• Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure safe access to the appliance and the service area.

• Provide accurate appliance information (brand, model, serial number).

• Secure pets, valuables, and personal items during technician visits.

Privacy

• Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
